Refund Policy
30-day returns and exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days after an item is delivered, without giving a reason. No restocking fee is charged.
Contact us by email Support@grocerstead.top or telephone 819-732-4019. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.
Free return method
For an approved return or exchange, our store pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return method. This includes approved no-reason returns and exchanges within the 30-day period.
Checking an item
Customers may inspect an item reasonably, in the same way they could inspect it in a physical shop. If handling beyond what is reasonably needed to check the item's nature, characteristics and operation causes damage or loss in value, we may take only a step permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item is damaged, defective, not as described, sent in error or missing parts, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may be a refund, replacement, exchange, repair or another suitable resolution. Return costs for such items are not charged to the customer.
Limited exceptions
Made-to-order or personalized items, perishable goods, gift cards, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed may be excluded from our voluntary no-reason return option only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These exceptions do not remove remedies for defective, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our store processes an approved refund within 10 business days after the applicable return or refund conditions are met, or sooner if applicable law requires. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Consumer rights
This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or weaken, any non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial consumer protection law.
